Islands of the Gods: discover Cíes.

It is the heart of the Maritime-Terrestrial National Park of Galician Atlantic Islands. Monteagudo, Do Faro and San Martiño are the 3 islands that form the archipelago of Cíes Islands and, you have to know that between Monteagudo and Faro you will find the best beach in the world, according to The Guardian, the beach of Rodas.

The experience begins at 11:00 am in the port, where it is secure that dolphins will be waiting for us on the way to the beach of San Martiño Island, which does not reach the regular shipping companies, so it is just accessed by private boats and very few people are fortunate enough to know the secrets of this Island.

The second stop will be the beach of Rodas. Discover the amazing life under the sea with our snorkel and paddle surf equipment. We will enjoy a catering service on board, before heading to the beaches of Barra and Liméns, two beautiful sandy areas of the region of O Morrazo, last stop before returning to port.

Gastronomic Nautical Safari

This is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the best gastronomy of Rías Baixas. Our catamaran will be waiting for you in the port of Baiona, where the captain will welcome you. You will spend two days sailing the Vigo estuary and discovering the best restaurants in the area, on a route that includes a visit to the wonderful Cíes Islands (Maritime-Terrestrial National Park of Galician Atlantic Islands) and the San Simón Island.

  • 1st day: Vigo – Cíes – Baiona.
  • 2nd day: Baiona e Isla de San Simón y regreso a Vigo.

  • 1st day: Vigo – Limens – Nerga – Barra – Aldán.
  • 2nd day: Visit to the various beaches in Aldán (Pinténs, Menduiña, Castiñeiras beach, etc) and return to Vigo.

HISTORICAL VIGO: RANDE AND SAN SIMÓN

Navigate through a sea of history: discover the secrets that keep the waters of Ría de Vigo, exploring the places with our captain. We will pass by Rande to the Island of San Simón, a place that offers a panoramic view to the memory, as well as being able to enjoy a stroll with prior authorisation.

DURATION:

  • 1 day: departure from the port of Vigo at 11:00 am. Stop for lunch in San Adrián de Cobres. Then, we will go to San Simón and visit the troughs on the way back to the port of Vigo. Mooring at 20:00 pm.
  • Half day: departure from the port of Vigo at 11:00 am or at 15:00 pm. Visit to San Simón Island and return to the port of Vigo at 16:00 pm or at 20:00 pm.

MARITIME-TERRESTRIAL NATIONAL PARK OF GALICIAN ATLANTIC ISLANDS
CÍES- ONS- SÁLVORA- CORTEGADA

Besides Cíes Islands, well known for having the best beach in the world according to The Guardian, Atlantic Islands National Park includes Ons, Sálvora and Cortegada. We will visit all these islands in a unique journey where you will discover an unequalled natural ecosystem in the world, World Heritage candidate.

The route begins in Cíes, in its turquoise waters and its many hiking trails to the Lighthouse, where you can enjoy the breathtaking views. In Ons, islands that close Ría de Pontevedra, do not miss the mysterious “furnas”, marine caves sculpted in granite that descend towards the very centre of the Earth. We will visit Sálvora, at the western end of Arousa estuary, with all its constellation of islands full of legends and seafaring stories; its now deserted buildings take us to another past centuries.

Cortegada and the neighbouring Malveiras will be the last stop, in the inland sea of Arousa. Despite its great wealth in clam and cockle farming, its vegetation is its true treasure.

  • First day: departure from the port of Vigo at 11:00 am. – Cíes Islands – moored in the port of Baiona.
  • 2nd day: Baiona – Ons – Portonovo moored in port.
  • 2nd day: Baiona – Ons – Portonovo moored in port.
  • 3rd day: Portonovo – Sálvora – San Vicente do Mar O Grove moored in port.
  • 4th day: O Grove- Illa de Arousa- Vilagarcía de Arousa moored in port.
  • 5th day: Vilagarcía- Cortegada- Areoso – Pobra do Caramiñal moored in port.
  • 6th day: A Pobra do Caramiñal – Praia Canelas- Sanxenxo moored in port.
  • 7th day: Sanxenxo – Ría de Aldán – Vigo.
